 Mahatma Gandhi,
Mahatma Gandhi

New Delhi (Jn). The files related to the health of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, kept in the National Gandhi Museum in New Delhi have been for the first time in front of the people in the form of a book. The book, titled 'Gandhi and Health @ 150,' has been disclosed that despite being in high blood pressure of 220/110, how could Bapu fit himself?
The book has been published by the  Indian Council of Medical Research(ICMR). The book was launched by the 14th Dalai Lama at Dharamsala. On this occasion, the Dalai Lama said that the philosophy of Mahatma on nonviolence and mental healing is also relevant in the 21st century. In the book, there were shocking disclosures from the report of the health-related to Mahatma. According to the report, in 1938, Bapu's weight was 46.7 kg and his length was five feet five inches. In terms of body mass index (17.1-), this condition will be called underweight. According to the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry, if there is any condition in this condition, "he needs regular health check-up with a more and balanced diet." Despite all this, the Mahatma led the freedom struggle and liberated the country.

Since 1927, Bapu had received a complaint of high blood pressure. On February 19, 1940, Bapu's blood pressure reached 220/110. Still, Bapu survived and kept himself calm. A few months later, Bapu wrote a letter to Sushila Nayyar. In this letter, he told Nayyar that I am handing over high blood pressure, I have taken three drops of Sarpagandha. In spite of this illness, how did Bapu fit himself, this has been disclosed in the book's 166th page. It is mentioned on this page that Bapu used to walk 18 kilometers a day Not only that, from 1913 to 1948, Bapu traveled around 79,000 kilometers. According to the book, this distance is almost double the distance of the Earth.

Bapu also came under the grip of malaria

There have been many more shocking revelations in the Healthy Report. According to the report, in 1925, 1936 and 1944, Bapu was three times in the grip of malaria. In the year 1919 and 1924, they had problems with Appendix and Piles. When he was in London, he complained of fluoric inflammation, he had to suffer from lung and chest pain. Bapu did not like English medicines. His trust in the treatment of diseases was deep in natural medicine and Ayurveda.

Such a the time when death approached

Bapu was also experimenting with his diet. Due to this experiment, it came at a time when he came very close to death. However, their awareness of the body helped them to recover from these sudden calamities. In the book, DG Dr Balram Bhargava, Indian Council of Medical Research, wrote that despite the high blood pressure, in 1937-1940, the ECG report of Bapu was normal with slight changes.

The 'Mahayog' of these three planets gave away the fame

The book has also been told about the birth chart of Mahatma. According to the birth certificate, he was born on 2 October 1869 at 7:45 in the morning at Porbandar in Gujarat. At the time of Bapu's birth, there was the sum of the intersection of Venus, Mercury, and Mars, which made them a warlike warrior. According to astrology, due to this yoga, Bapu got publicity in the whole world and he emerged as a great generator. Knowers of astrology know it by the name of 'great lord yoga'.
